Item prices shown in our portal are excluding shipping charges, once enquiry is generated our representatives will contact customer for shipment choice confirmation, to-pay or paid basis, mode of transport by road/ rail/air / courier, upon confirmation quotation will be generated and send to buyer for order confirmation.

After order confirmation buyer has to transfer full payment including shipping charges if on paid basis, on receipt of payment material will be dispatched as per delivery terms. Once material shipped order cannot be cancelled, order cancellation request has to be informed 72 hours before shipment confirmation date. Crane Man reserves the right to refuse the cancellation of order if shipped under 72 hours, order cancellation refund will be transferred within 7 to 15 working days from the date of order cancellation. We provide fitment & replacement guarantee, if material received in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support executives or mail to us at support@craneman.in within 72 hours of material delivery for replacement or refund. Defective or damaged material will be replaced or refund will be initiated upon receipt of original material in same state of dispatch reference to brand, description, packaging, serial no plates and accessories, material once received will be checked for reason of failure, manufacturing defect, damage or malfunctioning by quality controllers’ team, after verification and approval by quality team refund will be initiated.Â
